vd 500

The VD 500 series machining center is a high speed center (TAPPING CENTER) ideal for drilling, tapping and fast milling. Ideal for mass production of small pieces or for the processing of prototypes, electrodes and engraving. The SERVO tool changer uses a servo motor to position the tool holder disc, significantly reducing tool change times: 1.8 sec.

The main features of the VD 500 are: rapid axes 48 m / min. , axial acceleration 0.67 G, spindle connection ISO-BT 30, spindle 12.000 RPM (3.7 Kw), chip conveyor with double screw, reduced overall dimensions: 1600 x 2150 mm.

Versatile, easy and practical, CNC VISEL were designed by using extremely easy criterion with a practice interface operator "USER FRIENDLY". Extremely complete, they allow to be programmed at various levels: in ISO (G code) standard, for the compilation of a pre-definitive cycles (MACRO), through a direct realization, drawing a profile directly on CNC on the side of machine or imported it from CAD file to DXF format.
